The goal at Bradenton Christian Reformed Church is to have a dynamic fellowship which gives expression to the love and concern of Jesus for each other as members of his church and community. The fellowship will be built by providing many opportunities for social connections and by promoting meaningful friendships among church members and the people of the community.
Care Groups
All members of Bradenton Christian Reformed Church have been assigned
to an inter-generational group called a “District." There are 9 Districts
and each one has an assigned elder and deacon. The elders and deacons
are given assistance by the Shepherding Committee. The purpose of our
districts:
1. To challenge people to a greater sense of community, e.g. meals, prayer chain.
2. To provide groupings for elder-deacon spiritual care, e.g. family visiting.
3. To help assimilate new people through the partner family/member program. |
